Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes (diced)
  • 2 eggplants (diced)
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 glass of strained yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 grated tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    Potatoes, eggplants and peppers are fried, they turn golden yellow, and as if meeting them with strained yoghurt wasn't enough, they are also served with a delicious, garlicky tomato sauce!
