How is yoghurt made?
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (diced)
- 2 eggplants (diced)
- 2 green peppers
- 1 glass of strained yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 grated tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Potatoes, eggplants and peppers are fried, they turn golden yellow, and as if meeting them with strained yoghurt wasn't enough, they are also served with a delicious, garlicky tomato sauce!

Fry the potatoes you cut into cubes.

Fry the peppers in deep oil until golden brown.

For the sauce, saute the garlic with oil in a pan.
