Vegetarian Carpaccio
How to make Vegetarian Carpaccio?
Ingredients
- 1/2 kohlrabi
- 1 baby radish
- 1 beetroot
- 1 tablespoon of tulum cheese
- 5-6 sprigs sorrel
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh basil
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons of pomegranate

Carpaccio is an Italian dish made by slicing raw beef very thinly. Actually, it would be more accurate to call it an appetizer. Carpaccio is usually flavored with olive oil and parmesan cheese.

You can add elegance to your tables by preparing an improvised plate so that its appearance will win hearts.

Beetroot, kohlrabi and baby radish carpaccio on a bed of lamb's ear and fresh basil!

Slice the kohlrabi, radish and beet very thinly. (If you have a mandolin grater, the cutting process will be much easier.)

Place the washed and dried greens on a flat plate. Arrange your thinly sliced vegetables on top.

Mix lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper, salt and a little olive oil and pour over them.

Others are purely for decoration purposes. Sprinkle some pomegranate. Add flavor with a few mint leaves, thyme and pieces of tulum cheese. Enjoy your meal.
