Non-melting Peach Jam
How to make Peach Jam that does not melt?
Ingredients
- 1 kilogram of peaches (peeled)
- 800 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon salt
Instructions
-
1
You may not want to consume fresh and juicy fruits as fruit when they are in season, we can understand this to some extent. What about jam? I think there is no one who would say no to a jam of this consistency with a slice of warm bread.
-
2
Peach jam is a praise written on the fruit. It is a sweet investment that will carry you through the cold and unappetizing winter days. We think it should be done without wasting time.
-
3
Chop 1 kilogram of peaches, peeled and pitted, into cubes and transfer half of them to a deep pot.
-
4
Sprinkle a layer of peaches and a layer of granulated sugar.
-
5
Repeat this process until the granulated sugar runs out and let the peach wait for 2 hours to release its own juice.
-
6
When the peaches release their juice, put the pot on the stove. Bring to a boil over low heat, using a wooden spoon in between and let it boil.
-
7
To prevent the jam from foaming, add half a teaspoon of butter to the pot, stir and leave it to thicken over low heat for another 15 minutes.
-
8
Finally, add lemon salt to the jam, which gradually begins to thicken and thicken, and cook for a short time before removing it from the stove.
-
9
After cooling, keep it in a cool place away from sunlight to add flavor to your breakfasts.
-
10
Serve with toast and butter and share with your loved ones. Enjoy your meal!
