If you want, you can serve this recipe with your tea. You can eat it with breakfast sauces for your breakfast. Best of all, you can dip it in garlic mayonnaise and enjoy it in front of a movie in the evening. We are sure that you will enjoy eating this flavor suitable for any time of the day. We have a few little tips to prevent it from absorbing oil. Welcome to our recipe.
Mix warm milk, water, granulated sugar and yeast well in a bowl.
Then add flour, vinegar and salt. Knead until you get a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. Wrap the dough with stretch film.
Leave your dough to ferment at room temperature for about 1 hour.
While the dough is fermenting, transfer the peeled potatoes into a pot. Add water and let it boil. Put it in a bowl and mash it, add salt, black pepper and grated cheddar cheese and turn it into a puree.
Take small pieces of your fermented dough and flatten them in your hands. Put 1 teaspoon of the potato mixture into them.
Bring both ends of the dough together. Shape it into a long croquette, taking care to cover all parts. To fry, put the oil in a pan and heat it. Put the prepared dishes into hot oil and fry both sides.
Then transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels. Place it on a serving plate, sprinkle parsley on it and serve hot. Bon appetit.
