- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 1/2 tea glass of oil
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1pack baking powder
- 3.5 cups of flour

They are very easy to prepare and cook, they are a delicious beauty with few ingredients that can accompany your breakfasts especially on the weekends and can be prepared and cooked in just 20 minutes. Moreover, since they can be enjoyed not only while they are hot but also after they have cooled down, if you have leftovers from breakfast, you can even have a mini picnic outdoors by filling a thermos with your tea in nice weather, taking your fluffy fried dough with you. Break the egg into a deep bowl, add oil, yoghurt, salt, baking powder and flour and knead well.
You will get a dough with earlobe consistency.
Divide the dough you prepared into 2 equal pieces and roll out each piece on a lightly floured counter.
Cut the dough into squares using a knife.
Heat the oil in a deep pot or pan and slowly throw the dough into the oil.
Fry both sides until the dough swells and turns golden brown.
Remove the cooked dough from the oil and place it on a tray lined with paper towels.
