How to make Duchess Potato?
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes (peeled, boiled)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg (optional)
- 2 egg yolks
Instructions

Add butter, grated nutmeg and salt to the boiled potatoes and mash them together.
Add the egg yolks and continue mixing.
Fill the puree, which has a smooth consistency, into a cream squeeze bag, shape it with the holder you desire and squeeze it intermittently onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes acquire a light colour.
Serve the duchesses hot from the oven. Enjoy your meal!
