How to make cauliflower?
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized cauliflower
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 200 grams of medium-fat ground meat
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 small carrots
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 bunch of parsley
Instructions
The favorite vegetable of winter is cauliflower... "Fried Cauliflower", "Cauliflower Soup", "Oven-Baked Cauliflower with Bechamel Sauce", "Oven-Baked Cauliflower Pancakes", it would not be right to turn away from the cauliflower dish prepared healthily in the oven with minced meat and tomato paste sauce. But it wouldn't be possible to call it cauliflower or cauliflower, so write that aside. Prepare it with chicken as desired.
Boil the water mixed with flour in a deep pot. Boil the cauliflower, removing its florets and excess hard root parts, in boiling water for about 6-8 times.
For the minced meat mixture; Chop the onion into small cubes. Cut the peeled carrots to fit the onions.
Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan. Add the chopped carrots and onions, respectively, depending on the degree of hardness, and sauté them over medium heat until they turn brown.
Roast the medium-fat minced meat you added to the sautéed vegetables until it takes color and absorbs its water.
Add tomato and pepper paste, salt and freshly ground black pepper and fry the stuffing for 3-4 more minutes. Finally, after adding hot water, boil it on low heat for about 5 minutes.
After draining the boiled cauliflower using a colander, place it in a heat-resistant baking dish.
After pouring the minced meat and tomato paste sauce over it, sprinkle finely chopped parsley.
Bake the cauliflower in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until it is lightly browned.
Serve the healthy and low-fat oven-baked cauliflower dish hot without keeping it waiting. Share with your loved ones.
